We experienced numerous problems . We were given the wrong rooms, which took two hours to resolve amidst the staff's unhelpfulness. The internet service was poor, and we even had to pay extra for it, yet it hardly worked in our room.

Fantastic pools and delicious breakfast
We enjoyed our stay with a fantastic large swimming pool area and exciting water slides that kept our kids entertained the whole day. The breakfast was a standout feature, with freshly made omelets and a good selection of pastries, definitely elevating our mornings. Daily housekeeping kept our room clean and cute, which contributed significantly to our enjoyment. The air conditioning in our room could use better maintenance to ensure optimal comfort.

Great location and friendly staff. The pool is a good size and clean. The water slide was a lot of fun. The food was nice and there was always something for everyone.
WiFi doesn't work in the rooms despite paying for it. Aircon in room switches off regularly.
